Top Cuts is a locally owned family salon serving South Arlington and Mansfield, Texas. We are just north of Harris road on highway 157 (Cooper Street) in the Trinity center – Across from the YMCA and next to All-Pro Floors and Nutrition Nation. We know there are lots of choices for hair care today and our goal is to fill the void between franchise chop shops and expensive upscale salons. We work hard to provide our customers with quality personal service in a clean and friendly salon.
